All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In the event of high volume orders, please expect your order to be completed within 3 to 5 working days. We aim to send your parcel as quickly as possible, however, postal delays are out of
our control and therefore you will be notified if your order will take longer than the above stated times.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices are calculated at the checkout based on weight. Free Shipping within Metropolitan France on orders over €55. Colissimo France: Postage by weight with proof of postage, delivery to letterbox (without signature, or countersignature for parcels over 5 kg), tracking and
commitment to deadlines in 2 working days.

Local delivery
Free Local Pick-Up at designated drops available for orders over €30 from 10.30am on Saturdays. We will contact you via WhatsApp message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. For more information on delivery range, please get in touch.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from my home in Asnois, 86250, France . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10.30am – 3pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. With a €3 surcharge to the United Kingdom in connection with the impacts of Brexit. Colissimo Overseas: Postage by weight with proof of postage, delivery to letterbox (without signature, or counter-signature for parcels over 5 kg), tracking (2) . Indicative delivery times of 6 to 18 days (variable in times of crisis).
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Celtic Flame Savonnerie is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check possible fees in your country before placing an order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at celticflamesoaps@icloud.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
